Priti Parekh

Priti has 25+ years of experience in the managed services space and is considered as an outsourcing industry specialist having set up captives and implemented successful outsourcing programs for some of the best financial institutions in the world. Priti is currently a Partner at IBM Consulting helping Captives / GCC’s in large business transformation programs.  She last served as the Senior Managing Director at Morae Global and Moody’s Analytics Knowledge Services with operations in 13 countries.  

Priti has had a unique career spanning IT, BPO, KPO, Data Analytics and Legal Services having worked with companies like Siemens, Satyam, Aptech, Mphasis/HP, Moody’s and Morae.  She has managed global businesses with large P&L’s and has been instrumental in driving disruptive market strategies like moving away from voice work to non-voice work and helping scale companies to the next level.  She has launched a dozen new lines of business during her career including risk and compliance, commercial lending, fund management, global sales support and solutioning.   She has led several automation initiatives and is adept at understanding how technology can add value to business.  Priti is well known for her  sales, leadership, operational, change management expertise and is very passionate about sustainability.

In 2015, Priti was awarded the Distinguished Alumnus Award by Narsee Monjee Institute of Management studies (NMIMS).  She has also received a Global Award for Leadership Excellence at Mphasis/HP. She is one of the founder members of Nasscom’s Karnataka ITES forum and has served on the DEI and POSH councils of many companies. She lives with her family in Bangalore, loves singing, advising start-ups and is passionate about women empowerment.
