Venkat Neelakantan

Venkat Neelakantan is Vice President at Capgemini and Global head of Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES). In this role, he manages a range of responsibilities that span real estate rationalization and strategy across the globe for the Capgemini Group. Capacity management & planning, transactions & facility management, asset management, transformation & workplace digitization are just some of the critical business areas that fall under his purview.

Venkat joined Capgemini with the company’s acquisition of LiquidHub in 2018. At LiquidHub, Venkat had managed a diverse set of roles which included Offshore Delivery, Human Resources for APAC & Shared Services to mention a few. His contribution was critical in driving key business transformation across the organization.

He has over 25 years of experience in building and operating global delivery centers, managing P&L, operations management, as well as setting up offshore delivery centers, especially in the healthcare and life sciences verticals.

Venkat holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Westminster, London, and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from University of Madras. His favourite pastime is reading biographies and fiction, watching Formula1 and football, and travelling across India.
