Tom Howes
Head of Energy and Environment Division at International Energy Agency
Tom Howes has worked on a range of resource management, energy, transport, environmental and climate policies in Australia, the UK, and for the European Commission. He is now working for the International Energy Agency (IEA), leading the division promoting energy and climate issues with IEA countries and associate countries. This includes working closely with COP26 and UN on energy and climate issues and on the IEA's work on CCUS technology policy.
