Ms. Noa Amsalem boasts a robust academic background, holding a BSc in Environmental Engineering from The Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, an MBA in Business Management from Open University, and an MA in Law from Bar-Ilan University.
Her professional journey spans a rich tapestry of experiences. With a solid foundation, she spent seven years as the Head Engineer at the “Lod Municipality Water Utility” in Israel, demonstrating expertise in 24/7 water supply, Non-Revenue Water (NRW), water and sewage management, and water security.
Transitioning to the diplomatic sphere, Ms. Amsalem dedicated three years as the Head of the Water and Agriculture Department at the Economic & Trade Mission of the Embassy of Israel in New Delhi. In this role, she passionately advanced the Israel-India trade relationship, specifically focusing on the realms of water and agriculture.
Ms. Amsalem’s commitment to planning and project execution is evident in her five years as a Planning Project professional, rounding out her diverse and impactful career. As the sole Water Attaché from the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs at the Embassy of Israel in New Delhi since January 2024, she continues to contribute her wealth of knowledge and experience to international collaborations in the vital sectors of water. In her current role, she will be handing the water collaboration between Israel and India at Federal level as well as with State governments.
